Pay Rate: 42/hr. on W2

Qualifications:
3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing and/or integration environment
Familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges)
Ability to conduct in-process and closeout inspections per engineering drawing requirements and work instructions criteria
Ability to document inspection reports and audit manufacturing build records
Ability to conduct Process improvements initiatives such as Kaizens, Gemba, and A3.
Familiarity conducting Process surveillance audits and reporting
Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management System and/or related quality systems and programs
Ability to support manufacturing schedules and overtime on as needed basis
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional team relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
Aerospace, space launch, military, automotive or commercial aviation industry experience
Related experience within a start-up environment, transitioning a product from development, through production to operations
Proven experience in AS9145, Advance Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process
Quality performance measurement analysis capabilities (SPC) Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Basic knowledge and familiarity on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
