Our client is looking for an MDM Senior Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data management and a minimum of 7+ years of experience. Expertise in MDM tools like IBM Infosphere and knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager / Marketing Data Platform (MDP) is essential. As an MDM Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, crafting strategic recommendations, and assisting clients in implementing and optimizing their Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and provide strategic MDM solutions.
• Develop and implement MDM solutions leveraging IBM Infosphere and Adobe Experience Manager / MDP.
• Participate in and lead data quality assessments, data governance initiatives, and data integration projects.
• Perform data analysis to detect data quality issues and formulate strategies to enhance data accuracy and consistency.
Required skills:
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on MDM.
• Expertise in MDM with experience in IBM Infosphere and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager / MDP.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data integration techniques, data modeling, and data quality management.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle and resolve complex data management challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with clients and project teams.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient in creating impactful and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
• Documentation skills for creating comprehensive project reports, and process documentation.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effectively conveying complex information and ideas to clients and project teams.
• Ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely in oral presentations and meetings.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Desired skills:
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience with consumer / patient / member – domain plus.
