Key Objectives And Responsibilities Of The Role
Place purchase orders daily to replenish stock and for customer-specific requirements.
Work closely with Inside Sales staff to understand material and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding receiving issues and their resolution.
Understand the procurement software so that exceptional situations are recognized and handled properly.
Skills And Qualifications
The ability to be detailed and accurate.
The ability to work well with a team of people in various departments.
An interest and a willingness to provide support – a service mindset.
Must be comfortable with basic math calculations.
Some procurement experience is desired, but not required.
A high school degree is required.
