In this position...

This is an onsite position in Ontario, CA that will require flexibility including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends and most holidays. Eligible for overtime pay when working holidays. There is no hybrid option for this position.

What You'll Do...

  • Building Safety, positive UAW Relationships, Error Rate, Denial Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Overtime Percentage, Absenteeism, Vacation Scheduling, Grid Time, On Time Delivery, Environmental Responsibilities, LPMH, Accurate Timekeeping in TWOS, Process Adherence/Improvement, Accountability, Customer Satisfaction, and Accurate Application of the Ford-UAW National and Local Contracts.
  • Overall Building Organization and Cleanliness, Willingness to work any shift as required.
  • Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings.
  • Prepare/maintain work related records as needed.
  • Schedule manpower (including overtime and vacation).
  • Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best-in-class performance.


You'll have...

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of warehouse management or supervising experience
  • 3+ years of warehouse safety experience
  • 3+ years of experience with claims processing, inbound, and outbound


Even better, you may have...

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn current systems (SAP/EWM).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions independently.
  • Goal oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail
  • A continuous Improvement mindset with a focus on quality and cost control.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to ensure accountability from all employees.
  • Proven dependability record and successful team-oriented experience.
  • Must have ability and experience to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet and/or exceed dealer shipping deadlines.
