Key Responsibilities:
Provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
Uphold professionalism and ethical standards.
Design personalized wellness and relaxation plans.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas.
Collaboratively enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Massage Therapist License.
Experience in various massage modalities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to holistic health and client care.
Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, responsibility, and excellent time management skills.
Compensation Plan:
Tiered straight commission-based compensation ranging from 40% to 55%, dependent on the total payment received from clients. For example, if a client pays $110/hour, the therapist will earn between $44 and $60.50 per hour, depending on their tier level.
Tips: Therapists keep 100% of their tips, with potential for high earnings.
