Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager with a strong background in e-commerce and Marketplace strategy to join our team. You will act as a main point of contact and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and profitability for your portfolio of EXP brand partners across Amazon and/or Walmart and Target. This role will have direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional collaboration with teams in sales, operations, production, and advertising. You should have a passion for results, strong leadership skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
What you'll do:.
Define the strategy with each brand partner to achieve sales targets and grow market share across all channels
Analyze brand performance using multiple data sources and understand brand profitability by channel
Present performance analytics to internal and external stakeholders monthly
Proactively manage and lead internal communication across the marketing team to successfully execute go-to-market strategies while ensuring the timely completion of projects and initiatives
Effectively communicate and assist the operations team to accurately forecast inventory levels to maintain a healthy pipeline for seasonality, peak periods and catalog changes by brand
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brands are expertly represented cohesively and compellingly across all Marketplaces through product and listing content, SEO and promotion opportunities etc
Work closely with the advertising manager to monitor and strategize against market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
What you'll need:
1+ years of experience in working in Amazon Marketplace Management or related field (Walmart/Target)
Understanding of E-Commerce marketing and digital sales drivers
Proven ability to develop brand strategies, communicate recommendations and present performance metrics to clients
Excellent understanding of the Marketplace eco-system to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges (knowledge of Amazon Policies, restrictions, and creative best practices, for selling on Amazon is a plus)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strategic thinking partnered with a creative mind
A results-driven focus and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
