About The Role

As the Marketing Technology manager at KnitWell, you will oversee the strategy and support of the Loyalty and Marketing technology platform strategy and support ensuring alignment with technology architecture standards, business requirements, and multi-brand roadmaps. You will play a pivotal role in the annual capital planning process aligning business and technology roadmaps. The successful candidate will have a customer-first mindset, be a critical thinker with expertise of retail marketing technologies, strong written and oral skills, and robust retail business acumen.

    • Develop and oversee the marketing technology and loyalty platform strategy.
    • Ensure adherence to technology architecture standards and business requirements.
    • Manage multi-brand technology roadmaps and align them with business goals.

    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing technologists.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and brand marketing partners.
  • Vendor Management
    • Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors.
    • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage marketing technology projects from inception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Innovation and Best Practices
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve marketing technology capabilities.
You’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience marketing technology management, with a focus on retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong vendor management background
  • Experience with CRM applications and relevant tools
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and can quickly become knowledgeable in a range of solutions.
  • Experience managing and integrating technology solutions for Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms in an enterprise setting.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with multiple enterprise systems and platforms across the marketing technology stack (ex: email service, loyalty, SMS and Analytics providers)
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both oral and written, especially in bridging communication between technical and non-technical colleagues

  • The target salary range for this role is: $120,000 - $135,000*
  • Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.

This position works remotely. Occasional travel to a company office may be required.
