Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager. This is a fully remote position that will align to PST hours.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and third-party stakeholders to ensure all project goals are on track and improve existing processes for the Marketing team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously as well as delivering on these projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead marketing operations projects, driving alignment across cross-functional teams and partners
• Develop project plans end-to-end, building roadmaps, and driving company-wide deliverables on a timeline
• Present business insights across internal teams on a weekly and monthly basis, to improve marketing strategy and generate tangible results
• Communicate to project stakeholders actionable items, preventing future roadblocks and mitigating existing challenges
• Monitor project progress through metrics, using analytics to execute operational improvements, and implement feedback from stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations management, leveraging use of tools such as Figma & Dropbox
• Working knowledge of Asana & Smartsheet project management tools
• Prior experience in the SaaS or fintech industry preferred!
