The Marketing Project Manager is a dynamic and self-sufficient professional tasked with the development, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive marketing strategies for CMG. This role combines creative content creation, advertising budget management, and performance analytics to enhance brand engagement and achieve business objectives. As a versatile expert, the Marketing Specialist will independently handle multiple aspects of the marketing process, from conceptual design to campaign execution and KPI measurement. We are seeking a proactive, strategic thinker who can operate as a one-person marketing team, delivering impactful results across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities And Essential Functions

Marketing & Development (70% of Time)

• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies that include creating content, managing ad budgets, and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Design and produce a variety of assets such as digital ads, social media content, and interactive landing pages using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and basic web development platforms.
• Execute multichannel campaigns that integrate with overall business strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
• Innovate with personalized marketing techniques, experimenting with new communication tactics, promotional strategies, and partnerships to enhance consumer engagement.
  
  

Cross-Organizational Coordination (20% of Time)

• Serve as the primary project manager for marketing initiatives, coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery and efficacy of marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to validate and refine product offerings and campaign strategies.
• Continuously monitor and adjust ongoing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
  
  

Administrative and Strategic Insights (10% of Time)

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing to adopt innovative strategies that keep CMG at the forefront of the industry.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and maintain a cutting-edge knowledge of marketing tools and tactics.

• Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and Photoshop, with foundational web development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns autonomously.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and forming strategic partnerships.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and moving throughout the day.

CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $6 5 ,000.00 to $ 80 ,000.00 annually. Factors that affect base salary may include: marketing experience, overall knowledge of marketing, number of years worked in mortgage and the mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
