Marketing Production Manager

Position summary - 3 month contract with a possibility to go perm

Responsible for managing all campaign deliverables working across the TLC and ID bundles. This Includes the ability to write documents concisely and effectively, budget management, production assistance, effectively communicate with outside vendors and supporting the Creative team with promotional needs. Ensure that all Marketing campaigns are executed in an efficient and timely manner from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Manager will collaborate with Director, Production Management to oversee the pre- through post- production process for promotional deliverables

Work with Director, Production Management on workflow efficiencies and processes within the Marketing team.

Work closely with Marketing team producers and managers to cost manage assigned post and production shoots.

Manage and create any project contracts, POs, and invoicing to be submitted to and by third parties.

Collaborate with Business & Legal Affairs internal team on any necessary legal documents for shooting, talent approvals and asset management.

Manage and write business emails and formal document creation in a professional manner.

Create and manage any project trackers specifically for budgeting and asset management.

Work closely with strategy and design team on the management of AirTable

Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and other WBD teams

Manage internal systems and processes to ensure assets are delivered and available for WBD teams.

Provide consistent production support and collaboration to the Marketing team.

Requirements

Must have at least 5-7 years related media and/or production experience.

Working knowledge and experience in shoot and post production.

Understanding of AICP and AICE bid forms.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.

Ability to work on multiple projects, in various stages of production.

Strong communication skills and ability to relay effectively.

Strong skills in writing documents and business emails concisely and effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must.

Proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, AirTable Powerpoint and/or Keynote.

Must be a team player and work with all levels of management.
