Job Description
The Manager of Marketing Performance Analysis will lead the development, implementation, and management of marketing analytics systems. This role involves gathering business requirements, cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, and guiding stakeholders through project and resource planning. The incumbent will collaborate with the Marketing Systems Lead to deliver an optimal analytics solution, integrating data across various organizational segments.
Essential Functions:
Tactical: Decisions focus on intermediate-term issues. The purpose of decisions made at this level are to help move CCL closer to reaching strategic goals. Outcomes are predictable. After a decision is made by Top Executive Leadership, the next phase is to take the needed steps to implement it. Examples are: The amount of money required to implement, which advertising agency to promote a new service or to provide an incentive plan to employees to encourage increased revenue.
Operational: Decisions focus on day-to-day activities within the company. Decisions made at this level help to ensure that daily activities proceed smoothly and therefore help to move the company toward reaching a strategic goal. They have short term consequences. Examples are: Handling employee conflicts, purchasing materials needed for operations.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Travel: Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely.
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Other job specific working conditions.
The range for this role’s salary $75,900-$115,000. Offers to the selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

The Manager of Marketing Performance Analysis will lead the development, implementation, and management of marketing analytics systems. This role involves gathering business requirements, cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, and guiding stakeholders through project and resource planning. The incumbent will collaborate with the Marketing Systems Lead to deliver an optimal analytics solution, integrating data across various organizational segments.
Essential Functions:
- Define and implement key performance indicators for marketing initiatives, ensuring the ability to draw fact-based conclusions.
- Assess project scopes and resource allocations in sync with the Marketing Systems Lead’s strategy.
- Develop and execute data strategies for marketing initiatives, leveraging both new and existing systems
- Collaborate with the Global Casino Operations Analytics and IT teams to enhance data quality for guest offers and business insights
- Automate and optimize recurring analytical processes to improve efficiency.
- Engage with the Global Casino Marketing team to pinpoint areas for increased efficiency and address knowledge gaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
- Discipline/Major: Data Science, Technical and Project Management
- Required Years & Area of Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance analysis
- Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Proven track record of managing complex, data-driven projects
- Multitasking: Ability to manage several projects
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote Work: Capable of delivering results in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitates learning and dialogue across diverse teams.
- Project Management: Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies.
- Data Visualization: Expertise in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, Data Studio, or Micro Strategies.
- SQL Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, capable of crafting and optimizing intricate queries.
- Data Warehousing: Practical experience with specific data warehouse technologies and CRM data analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Experience in creating comprehensive reporting and visualization dashboards, both backend and frontend.
- Research Methods: Solid background in applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Marketing Analytics: Previous role involving a blend of in-house and external analytics resources.
- Data Integration: Experience in synthesizing data from complex, multi-site, or international organizations.
