We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and hands-on execution skills. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play an integrated role in implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, trade shows/events and traditional methods.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Marketing Communications to create compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop sales and recruiting materials such as product datasheets, brochures, line cards, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and co-op supplier marketing that help our teams effectively communicate FDH Aero’s value to customers, suppliers, and future employees.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials and branded merchandise that resonate with the target audience.
  • Assist the Manager, Brand Marketing in organizing and executing promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and other marketing activities to generate leads and foster customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, adapting marketing strategies to meet their changing needs and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide them with the necessary tools and materials.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing budget and corporate card reconciliation, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
  • Other projects may be assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing or similar role in a B2B/B2C environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus!
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated working style, that is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to support projects outside of core responsibilities to support team goals.
  • Ability to receive feedback and quickly and accurately incorporate it.
  • A passion for staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into marketing strategies.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft O365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Wordpress, Elementor, Pipedrive CRM, Sprout Social a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to travel as necessary
