Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the key driver of operational excellence within our organization. Your extensive knowledge of Salesforce and your analytical approach to data and processes will enable you to collaborate closely with our Digital Sales teams, Demand Generation marketing teams, Sales Operations, and IT partners to identify challenges and opportunities, and to build effective solutions.
Your expertise in Lead Distribution processes, Marketing campaigns, and Demand Generation initiatives will be crucial as you work to identify areas for improvement, design technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both business users and leadership.
What You'll Get to Do
Collaborate with regional business owners to identify opportunities for system improvements that will enhance pipeline growth and operational efficiency. Projects may include launching new technologies, optimizing existing workflows, supporting new features, and enabling users.
Provide support for processes related to reporting, creating documentation, user training, and data cleanups.
Manage our lead routing engine to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of qualified leads to sales teams, and optimize lead distribution models for faster response times.
Optimize our current technology stack and evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies.
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience with LeanData. Certifications preferred.
2+ years of experience with Salesforce in an administrative role. Certifications preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar operational functions (e.g., Sales Ops, Business Ops).
Experience optimizing operational processes in Marketing or Sales apps (e.g., Marketo, Drift, Outreach.io, LeanData, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Excellent time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and high standards for project delivery.
Experience managing ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Workfront, ServiceNow) is highly desired.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent years of proven experience.
