Position Overview:

Apollo is looking for a seasoned marketing operations professional to work closely with our growing marketing team. In this role, you will own a portfolio of operational initiatives to run, track, and optimize marketing programs. You will be responsible for creating and owning a technology roadmap that’s in keeping with the business’ needs, drive our database strategy, and work cross-functionally to provide operational support for key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a thought partner to marketers, and guide marketing program and monetary investments to maximize program ROI and customer satisfaction
  • Build first iterations of analytical frameworks to measure program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to operationalize data infrastructure to automate reporting
  • Identify gaps in the lead and self-serve funnels, and advocate for appropriate process or technology improvements, and assess the impact of various assets on conversion rates and net retention rate
  • Own our analytics tooling (such as Google Analytics), and periodically audit all properties to ensure data reliability and trust

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in a Business Operations, Analytics, or Strategy/Insights role with expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Exceptional analytical experience and strong technical skills in SQL
  • Ability to distill complex insights into clear, actionable steps for the business
  • Build equity with stakeholders, proactively collaborate with marketers to design tracking mechanisms, and influence without authority
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
