Your Impact on our Mission

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining a complete and rich database of all US providers and accounts. You will oversee the cleansing and standardization of existing records, identify gaps in our coverage, and manage vendors and teams used to augment and enrich data. You’ll use this data to create key segments, score valuable accounts, and deliver insights to power sales and marketing strategies. Your role will directly impact Zocdoc’s acquisition of more and more valuable provider accounts.

Your day to day is…

  • Fully owning prospect database architecture, including mapping of contacts/accounts, required fields, and rules and processes for adding new data across various teams
  • Building a best-in-class prospect database that sales and marketing teams leverage to most effectively reach potential customers
  • Continuously enriching databases both through purchase of data from 3rd parties, consolidation of internal datasets, and by directing an internal offshore team
  • Owning infrastructure for segmentation, scoring, and sales handoff, ensuring the most effective marketing and sales team outcomes
  • Driving reporting and insights on database, marketing, and sales activities, including database improvement, lead warming, and sales hand-offs
  • Owning the inputs that feed Zocdoc’s Marketing, Sales, and Financial forecasts surrounding our marketing and prospecting efforts

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, or revenue operations
  • Experience building, managing, and growing prospect and customer databases
  • Experience owning lead scoring and marketing tools that integrate with customer databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and projects, multitask, and manage time efficiently
  • The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action
  • A 4 year bachelor degree, preferably with a business or analytical focus
  • Superb communication skills. You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success

Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

NYC Base Salary Range

$122,000—$165,000 USD
