We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic remote team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our marketing initiatives by managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, analyzing data to drive strategic decisions, executing marketing campaigns, and optimizing processes for efficiency.

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Remote work model
  • Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
  • Eligible to reside and work in US (Citizens or Green Card Holders only)


Key Accountabilities

Marketing Technology Management

  • Evaluate, select, implement, and manage marketing technology tools such as Pardot (with eventual transition to HubSpot or Marketo), landing page software, webinar software, chat, etc.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to derive actionable insights.
  • Evolve attribution to help us identify areas to optimize and ROI for investments.
  • Measure campaign performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, funnel velocity, etc.
  • Prepare regular reports for the board, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Campaigns

  • Implement and track various marketing campaigns including lead generation, content marketing, email marketing, content syndication, social media initiatives, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to develop campaign assets such as copy and graphics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results and offer recommendations to marketing managers based on trends and data.

Process Optimization

  • Establish efficient workflows and standardized processes to streamline marketing operations.
  • Improve collaboration between marketing and other departments to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Review and refine existing marketing operations documents and protocols, such as campaign nomenclature and UTM tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Goal Setting

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set achievable goals based on revenue targets, conversion rates, historical data, and other relevant factors.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress towards goals, such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Marketing Qualified Customers (MQCs), Marketing Sources and Influenced Pipeline and Revenue.


Qualifications and Competencies

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing technology platforms, such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
  • Experience in PowerBI or comparable data visualization tooling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on process optimization, efficiency, and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in setting and achieving marketing goals.
