Role Overview

Wheels Up Private Jets is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wheels Up. Its services include Private Membership, Aircraft Management, Maintenance, FBO services, Charter Operations, and Aircraft sales. The Marketing Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by analyzing data, implementing marketing technology solutions, optimizing marketing processes, and managing the company's website.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance marketing efficiency, and maximize return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets marketing data from various sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital and website analytics tools.
  • Generates regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manages marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and website content management systems.
  • Manages the company's website by supporting content updates and collaborating with web developers, designers, and content creators.
  • Monitor website performance, including traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates, and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Develops and documents marketing workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Assists in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, webinars, events, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Monitors campaign performance in real-time, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to maximize results.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on marketing operations and technology-related matters, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Minimum two years marketing operations or data analysis experience required.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $140,000 - $210,000. Salary is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
