ABOUT YOU:

As a Marketing Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new marketing clients, managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating marketing projects to drive results for our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, marketing knowledge across channels, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. Additionally, you play an important role in establishing new processes for effectively and efficiently onboarding clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Onboard new clients: Seamlessly integrate new marketing clients while fostering trust and strong relationships.
  • Establish onboarding processes: Develop and implement new processes for onboarding clients.
  • Understand client objectives: Develop effective marketing strategies tailored to client business goals.
  • Client communication: Proactively reach out to clients through emails, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Relationship management: Serve as the primary contact for some clients and transition others to specialists as needed.
  • Marketing strategy: Provide expert guidance across channels, knowing when to involve other subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Problem-solving: Identify challenges and opportunities within client projects, offering innovative solutions.
  • Budget management: Determine and allocate marketing budgets for social media, PPC, and other channels.
  • Collaboration: Work with a team of marketers and industry experts to brainstorm and optimize strategies.
  • Client education: Inform clients about marketing best practices, industry trends, and the value of our services.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to showcase results and recommendations.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Monday and JIRA.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
