We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for supporting areas in overall marketing strategy, Photoshop, Graphic Design, Website Management, digital marketing presence, material management, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly collaborate with senior managers and key stakeholders to determine and execute on necessary and relevant modifications to Trucent's marketing strategy to continuously align with Trucent business objectives and growth. This will require considerable integration with the divisional sales teams' objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote Trucent products and services. Lead enhancements to brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic to acquire leads/customers.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and employ web analytics tools to measure site traffic to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
  • Help manage SEO with focus on improving and maintaining the quality and quantity of search engine results. Work closely with Trucent's external partner on SEO trends, best-practices, and Trucent SEO strategy.
  • Manage Trucent's social media presence and produce or edit content for social media site posts and the Trucent blog.
  • Write and disseminate all press releases with an emphasis on trade journals in manufacturing, biofuels, solar panel/glass, and food and beverage industries.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Coordinate trade show presence: assist in selection of appropriate conferences, develop display and sales materials, complete registrations with trade group organizers.
  • Maintain and make enhancements to Trucent's SharePoint/intranet site to publish employee communication, branding tools, forms, etc.
  • Grow and maintain technical knowledge applicable to the industries Trucent serves. Develop a keen sense of the competitive market and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in the management and of Trucent's CRM.
  • Perform other miscellaneous non-recurring special projects on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.
  • Perform other related duties or special projects.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Trucent safety program, including but not limited to: hazard communication, PPE requirements and attending quarterly safety training.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Education

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another related discipline/area of study required.

Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate marketing role.

Skills and Abilities (May be representative but not all-inclusive, of those commonly associated with this position):

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience, word press, InDesign, and photo shop.
  • Considerable knowledge of digital marketing practices, tools, trends, etc.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including all digital modes of communication.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and able to effectively multi-task.
  • Flexible to open and changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
