We’re seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with an enthusiasm for innovation and a flair for mastering multiple omnichannel marketing strategies. This position will report to our South Corporate office in Fort Mill, SC on Monday through Thursday and work have the option to work remotely on Friday from home.


The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating the execution of marketing plans that include all media touch points, such as, but not limited to, digital, social media, email and traditional advertising channels that will result in cohesive, successful campaigns. They should build strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing strategies that will drive traffic and brand awareness, enhance customer loyalty and increase sales for brick-and-mortar stores and the e-commerce platform.


  • Partners with Merchandising team to understand the seasonal product line up and promotions.
  • Communicates with the marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging. Then coordinates and executes the seasonal content calendar for brand products and stories, media allocation, consumer and store target segments based on company and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinates and executes the marketing plan from inception to completion, with brief to in-market optimization, making sure the creative team has all the information and creative specifications needed to execute traditional and digital channels. Tactics may include in-store signage, paid social media, influencer partnerships, in-store events and more.
  • Coordinates and executes In-Store and Digital promotional activations. Ensures that all needed parties are correctly and thoroughly briefed on what is needed for promotions to be executed seamlessly.
  • Understands the role of multiple marketing channels and partners with the CRM, eCommerce,
  • Marketing and Merchandising channel owners to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Ensures that co-op programs are included in overall marketing programs and strategies to drive incremental revenue growth, including defining target audiences, determining appropriate budgets, prioritizing across opportunities, and defining timing.
  • Analyzes campaign performance and makes data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners and agencies to drive continuous improvement of marketing campaigns.
  • Develops a strong and thorough understanding of the target customer base and brick-and-mortar markets. Creates and executes custom marketing plans to drive optimal traffic and sales.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 5-7 years of marketing experience, OR master’s degree and 3 years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, integrated omnichannel marketing strategies and
  • programs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • At a minimum, experience with working in a B2C marketing environment. Direct experience working for or closely with an omni-channel retailer is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Proven ability to self-motivate, ability to deal with ambiguity and change in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to effectively partner and develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with various online advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads
  • Manager, etc.) preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a great sense of humor that relates to our fun-loving brand is a plus.
