Summary: The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in our organization, leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, from comprehensive campaign management to digital marketing and brand development, this role demands a seasoned professional with proven leadership skills. The Marketing Manager will help build & guide a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the creation of compelling content and impactful campaigns across various channels. With a focus on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth, the successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, analyze campaign performance, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the organization's marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational
  • objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for maximum impact.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and leverage emerging technologies.
  • Manage and enhance the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation
  • Develop and implement brand positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Supervise the creation of compelling and engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of Marketing team.
  • Develop, implement & analyze employee metrics to measure direct reports performance
  • Ensure the team is trained and provided with the tools and resources to succeed.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and resolution of technical and non-technical issues including employee relations issues, client feedback and management feedback (in conjunction with Human Resources).
  • Provide guidance on project management, goal-setting, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior marketing role, within the technology or software development sector.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
