Key Responsibilities:

You will work with Pixis Perform leadership to craft and refine the brand story and support business development with pitches for our portfolio of agencies. This includes working at both the portfolio (Perform) and agency level. You will:


Create and Refine Brand and Business Narrative:

  • Craft and refine the brand story for our portfolio of agencies, writing compelling brand stories and business narratives that resonate with our customer.
  • Translate these narratives into impactful collateral, including website content, cast studies, and marketing decks.


Support ABM Pitches and Follow Ups:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to support AccountBased Marketing (ABM) pitches.
  • Translate feedback from AEs to refine and further develop pitches and brand storytelling.


Campaign Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with the Pixis marketing team.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives.


Develop Case Studies:

  • Create detailed and persuasive case studies that highlight agency successes and the value delivered to clients.


Sales Team Support:

  • Provide general support to sales teams working with agencies.
  • Equip them with the necessary tools, materials, and insights to effectively engage with and convert potential clients.


Refine USP and Positioning:

  • Continuously refine and enhance the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and positioning of Pixis to ensure clear and compelling market differentiation.
  • Showcase real world applications and results to support sales efforts.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on developing brand narratives and strategic collateral.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong experience in supporting ABM strategies and collaborating with sales teams. (Agency or media experience is a plus.)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness.
  • Experience in developing case studies and refining brand positioning.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with a talent for translating complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Self Motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to drive results.
