Job Title: Marketing Manager II

Location-Type: Hybrid-Seattle, WA 2-3 days/week on-site

Start Date Is: 7/15/2024

Duration: 5 month contract, potential for extension/conversion

Compensation Range: $32-$46/hr

Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and launch marketing campaigns across various channels including social, email, and digital for their innovative Air delivery service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing programs to build awareness and adoption of Air delivery across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and out-of-home advertising.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements on the Air delivery Storefront.
• Create marketing collateral and digital tools for prospective customers.
• Develop content for Air delivery social channels, collaborating with the team to identify compelling content and stories.
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
• Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in managing social campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong ownership and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in digital, print, and OOH advertising.
• Familiarity with online retail or e-commerce marketing.
