Role Overview:
Client is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and launch marketing campaigns across various channels including social, email, and digital for their innovative Air delivery service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Drive marketing programs to build awareness and adoption of Air delivery across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and out-of-home advertising.
Plan and execute online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements on the Air delivery Storefront.
Create marketing collateral and digital tools for prospective customers.
Develop content for Air delivery social channels, collaborating with the team to identify compelling content and stories.
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
Must-Haves:
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Proficiency in managing social campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Soft Skills:

Strong ownership and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in digital, print, and OOH advertising.
Familiarity with online retail or e-commerce marketing.
