Marketing Manager

We are proudly aligned with a local Creative Agency to add a Marketing Manager to their team. This will be an amazing opportunity to work with a leadership team that genuinely supports and values the marketing function.

Our client is a growing and forward-thinking firm providing strategic creative solutions to emerging brands. This person will report to the managing director and support all new business activities.

Job Location: Hybrid 1 day/week in Chicago ***MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGO***

Role Type: OPEN TO CONTRACT TO HIRE OR DIRECT HIRE

What you’ll be doing:

• Completing the set up and managing the outreach programs through the CRM
• Strategizing and managing an ongoing marketing outreach program
• Supporting existing and growth initiatives through Sales Enablement strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field
• Minimum 2 years focused on brand marketing
• Minimum 2 years experience owning CRM marketing platform operations and maintenance
• Comfortable blending strategy and execution
