Summary/Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketer to join our marketing operations and strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a robust campaign management background and a proven history of executing successful marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.


As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and drive customer engagement. This role demands a combination of strategic vision, creativity, exceptional copywriting, and strong analytical skills to effectively position our products and ensure their success in the marketplace.


The Marketing Manager will collaborate with our sales, analytics, client success, and product development teams to develop product messaging, positioning, go-to-market campaigns, events and sales enablement resources. This role is an expert in our products, is the voice of our customers, and will help us keep up with our competition.


Essential Functions

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that differentiate our products in the market.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing programs and product messaging to drive product usage and demand.
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement, grow existing client relationships, and acquire new leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Communicate project updates and value propositions to the sales team and create and maintain sales and client-related collateral.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Embrace a data-driven approach by reviewing marketing metrics, setting goals for product usage and engagement, and monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Client Advocacy & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with account management, analytics, sales, training teams, and senior management to ensure messaging and campaigns align with corporate and customer needs.
  • Marketing Team Support: Provide direct support to the marketing team as needed to achieve overall marketing goals.


Required Education and Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A curious problem-solver who likes to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence and comfort in working with complex and technical products and making them easier to understand.
  • Proficient in email marketing and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo)
  • Ability to lead projects from ideation to execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability to interact with and influence staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • A strong desire to leverage the latest technology and communication methods to influence prospects and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and excellent attention to detail, with a highly enthusiastic attitude and an eye for quality.
  • A self-starter, willing to invest time and effort to learn new skills and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, where your job may be different every day.
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in product marketing, SaaS, and/or financial services is a plus.
  • Previous experience with CRMs is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
