The position will drive the marketing programs forward based on the current foundation of programs. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will be working on a range of sales and marketing initiatives primarily in the United States and Canada as well as global initiatives with one common goal, to increase brand awareness and support our sales efforts.
This role will work closely with the client's North American Sales team to develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned to key industry personas that support the awareness and adoption of GCPay. While looking outward to understand their customer needs and capabilities, you will also play a key role in creating consumable messaging and positioning assets for internal sales and partner stakeholder groups.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create and manage marketing programs, campaigns, and content deployment supporting our North American Construction Payment Management Solution, GCPay, across various channels
Develop engaging content for our Construction Payment Application product in the US and Canada which is deployed in a variety of electronic and print methods
Publish custom content through email and web pages using marketing automation software to provide targeted messaging to support regional sales and marketing initiatives
Grow relationships with our sales team, working closely with colleagues to offer marketing support and enhance sales closure rates
Supporting the Chief Growth Officer to uphold and advance brand standards
Attend meetings as required including but not limited to team meetings, 1:1 meetings, client meetings
Utilize company CRM (HubSpot) to drive marketing efforts
Build and maintain marketing dashboards to measure and increase marketing attribution and ROI
Prepare metrics and report the success of campaigns and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders
Own the development and maintenance of gcpay.com and all associated landing pages
Manage, update, organize and scale digital asset management system (Brandfolder) and ensure fresh content is always available for cross-functional teams
Partner with marketing operations to understand performance, track results and share progress with sales and key stakeholders
Research specific industry sectors, organizations, and personas to prioritize targeted materials and messaging, including customized collateral to support the sales teams across the entire sales cycle
Other ancillary tasks related specifically to your role as a Senior Marketing Manager
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience & Education
5+ years of marketing experience with a technology focus
5+ years integrated or omnichannel campaign management experience across all channels: digital, social, events, print advertising, etc.
Excellent understanding of current digital marketing and business social media trends, marketing automation and CMS software (HubSpot & WordPress primarily)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
Exceptional market focus, attention to detail, high energy, and drive to success
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and think on the run, with minimum supervision
Well-developed problem-solving abilities ensuring attention to detail to resolve issues professionally
Ability to work within a team to accomplish business goals while maintaining personal goals as well
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
A high standard of written and verbal communication
25% travel to events, as needed
Pay Rate: $56- 60/hr (depending on skills and experience) under a W-2 contract.
