The Account Coordinator will be responsible for account management within ***’s Retailer Media Network, *** Media Exchange (CMX). *** is seeking a highly-motivated individual with strong digital and technology experience to help drive this growth engine As a Senior Analyst at CMX you are a project management expert that supports the Senior Managers of Account Coordination in the Health & Wellness pod. You play a critical role in driving retention and growth of current clients. Senior Analysts are expected to provide the highest level of support on pre-sale planning and post-sale campaign execution. You will provide support to the Account Coordination team along with best-in-class customer service to clients. This role requires a high degree of customer focus, excellent communication skills, numerical analysis, strong organization, project management and ability to multi-task. We’ve seen immense success at CMX in our first 2 years, and a lot of that is due to a team of strong talent unencumbered by traditional role definitions. While our overall direction is clear, we value a scrappy way of working and are looking for someone like you that thrives in a startup environment. Our entire team is eager to join forces to grow this burgeoning business together, with no task too big or small. Duties

As an Account Coordinator, you will:

  • Support all digital media campaigns within your pod
  • Assist with pre-sale and own post-sale operations support for the Account Coordination organization
  • Input accurate information into the campaign tracking tools to ensure all internal partners are aligned and updated on campaign status
  • Support the business throughout the sales process by being an active participant in client meetings
  • Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the organization and lead cross-functional teams including Strategy, Media, Analytics, and Creative to ensure consistent communication and execution of client strategy
  • Proactively self-educate around Health & Wellness, retail and retail media industry trends to identify best practice opportunities for CMX to share with the team

  • Client-facing: comfortable working in a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment with frequent pressure to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Analytical thinker: digest data and make recommendations
  • Problem solver: doesn’t wait for someone else to give the answer; takes charge and feels ownership
  • Organized: ability to prioritize and deliver timely work; best in class project management skills
  • Flexible: dynamic, hard-working, and able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demands
  • A great communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable in engaging conversation with any level
  • Technical aptitude: not afraid of new technologies and eager to learn them
  • Retail, e-commerce, or experience in a retail media network is a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong familiarity with the digital environment
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Salesforce

Experience

Qualifications

2 years of experience in Sales or Retail Marketing at a Retail Media Network, Digital Media Vendor or Health & Wellness company

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
