Marketing Intern

BIPOC owned and women led company, the Wondery mission is to be an outdoor lifestyle brand dedicated to liberating women in the outdoors through awareness, resources, and the creation of a women’s outdoor community.

Wondery harmonizes fashion with utility to create practical apparel for women.

Wondery is seeking a marketing intern for the summer starting immediately.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with all social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more) through the creation and curation of posts, stories, videos, and more.
• Engage with the Wondery community through all social platforms
• Creating and managing partnerships with influencers and other complementary brands
• Directing and communicating inquiries between influencers and the Wondery team
• Scheduling and creating marketing content when necessary
• Creating campaigns to support the efforts of Wondery
• Researching industry specific sites (blogs, forums, etc.) for product reviews, customer comments, and other relevant marketing information
• Assist on photoshoots and at events

Qualifications:

- Working towards a BA in marketing, public relations, or equivalent - must be currently enrolled

- Detail oriented and fast learner

- Must be a people-person

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs

- Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Canva

- Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and above

- Self-starter with good time management skills

- Ability to work independently and with others

- Ability to maintain strong and consistent communication through email and phone

Must be able to travel and sometimes work at our office location in Culver City, CA as needed. We unfortunately will not be making any exceptions.
