Land Intern Summary: Entry level Marketing intern position. Includes assisting in all aspects of new home community marketing. - Currently pursuing or obtained a degree with sales or marketing - Must possess initiative and be highly motivated - Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word on Mac or PC platforms - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule - Strong organizational skills - Strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills - Follow directions from a supervisor - Interact well with co-workers - Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures - Accept constructive feedback - Team player Physical Requirments: Position requires attendance at meetings outside of division office and trips to models/communities. Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $1.00 - $100,000, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
