Marketing Intern

Internship Description

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Summer Intern to work in a creative, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The Marketing Intern will contribute to the development of the firm's strategic marketing initiatives and management of the firm's marketing and communications materials. Analytic and visual thinkers, proactive problem solvers and excellent communicators will discover opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction. The Marketing Intern reports to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities include assistance and coordination of:

• Events, Conferences, Market Sector Research – research events, conferences and market-specific items for presentation to Marketing team and Principals.
• Presentation Maintenance – graphic and image upkeep
• Brochure Development – text editing, image editing, layout, binding
• Marketing Materials – assist with organization and updates to newsletters, project pages and resumes
• Social Media – content creation and maintenance
• Public Relations – support for press initiatives and documentation of press
• Database – assistance in the update/entry of business development and project information
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong writing, research and communication skills
• Excellent graphic sensibility and technical knowledge
• Highly organized, detail oriented and quality conscious
• Responsive and confident multi-tasker able to handle multiple deadlines and accommodate shifting priorities
• Punctual, diligent and professional
• Exhibit a "can-do" attitude and willing to lead, innovate and collaborate as a team player
• Interest in architecture and design and/or graphic design a plus.
  
  

Hours and Pay

Full-time summer internship consists of 30-40 hours minimum/week. Compensation starts at $22 an hour. We do not provide Visa sponsorship.
