Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Adjust campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Create and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media metrics and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s brand image.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
