Britton Industries Inc., a corporation headquartered in Morrisville, PA, and an industry leader in the manufacturing of mulch and soil products, is in search of an Executive Level leader to manage our Marketing Department. The position of Director of Marketing requires an individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to integrate marketing strategies into a unified approach to drive business growth. This individual is responsible for the entire marketing function of the company. Candidates should have an advanced degree in Marketing, and proven industry experience in successfully developing marketing strategies and leading a marketing team.
Responsibilities include:
Creating a diversified marketing strategy to establish brand awareness and visibility
Analysis of marketing trends and consumer behavior within the industry
Lead the Marketing Team to oversee the implementation of all marketing plans and strategies
Interaction with Sales Team and Department Heads in the development of marketing initiatives
Create, assess, and refine marketing strategies thru data analysis to increase company sales
