Marketing Director for a Love Coaching Company

As a Marketing Director at Love Strategies, you will lead our marketing efforts and be a pivotal part of our growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who is adept at managing large advertising budgets, specifically in paid media, and who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives through our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and scale advertising campaigns in the high ticket coaching space with a monthly spend of $200K to $500K, primarily on Facebook
• Craft compelling copy and oversee the copywriting process to ensure alignment with our brand voice and goals
• Strategize, organize, and optimize our social media presence to maximize engagement and reach
• Manage and evaluate other paid media channels to enhance our marketing strategy
• Oversee external contractors involved in media buying and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
• Stay ahead of industry trends in the dating and relationship space, applying innovative approaches to media buying and client engagement
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in scaling advertising spend on platforms like Facebook, with a monthly budget of $200K to $500K+
• Strong understanding of copywriting, social media strategies, and other forms of paid media
• Experience in managing contractors and third-party service providers
• Passionate about helping people find love and familiar with the dating/relationship industry. Experience in media buying within this niche is highly preferred
