Our client is growing and successful an alternative lender in the financing industry. They connect businesses with the right financial solutions to help them grow and thrive.
They are seeking their first marketing hire, a hands on B2B Marketing leader with extensive lead generation experience and work in Salesforce CRM to manage and optimize marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to execute and report on multiple campaigns simultaneously. This person must be a self-motivated, proactive individual who is always seeking out new tasks and staying engaged. Depending on success in the role, this candidate will have the ability to grow a marketing team under them.
This role is based in Manhattan and is in-office 3 days/week.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Management
- Generate and analyze reports for sales reps on lead sources, email and text campaigns, speed to response, and conversion percentages.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with vendors such as Five9, DocuSign, Twillio, Mautic, N8N
- Integrate Salesforce with lead sources like Facebook and other industry specific lead vendors
- Ensure all Salesforce data is accurate and up-to-date, providing training and support to sales reps as needed.
Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize Google Analytics to produce weekly reports on website performance and lead generation.
Email and Text Marketing
- Develop and test new copy and subject lines for email and text campaigns.
- Provide detailed reporting on email/text campaign performance, including testing new copy, subject lines, and timing sequences
- Analyze and report on the performance of different campaign segments (e.g., Sharkpool, QNI, AONR, Deal Lost).
- Manage drip campaigns and overall messaging to existing clients, focusing on nurturing relationships with key merchants.
Social Media Management
- Actively manage and post on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Monitor and engage with comments on our posts, particularly on paid Facebook ads.
Facebook Marketing
- Report on the performance of audiences, ads, and datasets. Provide feedback and suggestions.
- Develop and test new ad creatives and ideas.
Affiliate Partnerships
- Actively seek out and establish new affiliate partnerships.
- Maintain existing affiliate relationships with regular reporting and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce, including reporting, integrations, and day-to-day management.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Strong background in email and text marketing, including campaign testing and reporting.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketing and ad performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Comp and Benefits
- $140,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.
