We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Director that has a proven track record of increasing revenue through all areas of marketing services. This person must have a deep knowledge of digital marketing.
Overview:
As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategies for all Levine Enterprise companies. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs, with an emphasis on PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email marketing, and lead vendor services. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing marketing ROI across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives of each Levine Enterprise company, including Rob Levine Law, Records on Time, Drive your Art, Top Notch Remote Solutions and Brain Trust Legal
Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve goals
Oversee the implementation of PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis
Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility for all company websites
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote relevant services
Evaluate and onboard lead vendor services to supplement in-house lead generation efforts and expand the company's client base
Monitor key performance metrics and analyze campaign data to identify areas for optimization and improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation
Proven track record of success in driving business growth through digital marketing initiatives
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes
