Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Performance Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across various channels, ensuring effective customer acquisition and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid digital, SEO, television, radio, out-of-home (OOH), CRM, marketing technology, and marketing analytics. This role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in performance marketing roles
5 years in a leadership position
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Deep expertise in digital marketing channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, SEO, etc.
Experience in managing traditional media campaigns (television, radio, out-of-home).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
Knowledge of advanced data modeling and predictive analytics techniques.
