Marketing Director

Hansen Filler are currently partnering with a leading retail brand, who are looking for an experienced, dynamic and hands-on Marketing Director to join the team.

Located in New York City, this individual will play a crucial part in leading the complete restructuring and elevation of the organisations marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Evaluate and manage external agency use.
• Oversee wholesale and D2C marketing efforts.
• Establish and manage a robust PR function.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments.
• Oversee digital assets, including catalogues and content calendars.
• Plan and execute trade shows.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications/experience:

• Previous experience of working for a wholesale organisation is a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ideally have experience working in retail or apparel.
• Strong leadership and team restructuring experience.
• Experience taking a marketing function from good to great.
• Proficient in managing digital assets and content calendars.
• Excellent PR skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
