Overview:

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the creative vision and execution of marketing campaigns for our Gaming and Pro Audio product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in channel marketing, copywriting and creative design. The ideal candidate is a social and digital marketing team leader and manager, with experience in the gaming industry preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Strong collaboration with AAA game studios to design and execute co-marketing campaigns, including analysis of the brand and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Use key performance metrics and analytics tools to adjust optimize data-driven performance and share these analytics with the executive team
  • Manage a team of creatives, video developers, and web developers to execute these campaigns with an attention to detail for consistency and quality at scale
  • Be hands-on in the creation and production of marketing content, including copywriting, visual media or video content, and social media campaigns.
  • Design and execute social marketing campaigns, writing press releases and marketing campaigns with PR and digital media channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Supervise and participate in game and marketing expos



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
