About the Role:

The Marketing and Branding Manager will be reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and be a driving force in crafting and executing branding strategies, creating lasting positive journeys, and running marketing campaigns while ensuring the values of the organization are in alignment with the established mission and vision.


What will you be doing day to day?

  • Promote our career site by running campaigns and driving traffic to our career site
  • Set up and Manage Interactive Bots on our website and integrate it with ATS for fetching real-time information capture.
  • Setup Capture Automation when visitors come on our site to ensure we capture their information, get them signed up for talking to a recruiter or sign up to get job alerts or other means and automate by sending them an email and SMS and automatically connecting them to a recruiter or a live agent.
  • Setup a process for getting reviews on Google, Glassdoor, BluePipes, TravelNurseCentral, and other Travel Nurse Review sites.
  • Marketing/Automation: Setup Drip marketing campaigns for sourcers and recruiters and recommend and implement the software for running such campaigns.
  • Improve Social Media Branding on all channels to promote branding and engagement on all channels, FB, Instagram, LI, and X, and how can it benefit us.
  • Setup a process for getting surveys for employee satisfaction post onboarding in an automated way and use the data in a meaningful way to improve our processes.
  • Execute and manage referral program automation on behalf of recruiters.
  • Capture all relevant data points and metrics to make data-driven decisions.


Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education.
  • Experience in the Healthcare Staffing industry.
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, organized, dedicated, focused, and driven individual.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic while demonstrating a professional demeanor and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to demanding business environments with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures.
