Job Description

Charles Taylor is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team to help develop, create, and execute a wide range of sales and marketing materials, including but not limited to requests for proposals (RFPs) sales presentations and the development and execution of social media content. The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in executing our growth strategy and achieving our goals. This position has executive level exposure and an opportunity to collaborate with many leaders within the business.

Responsibilities include establishing RFP priorities and target dates, information gathering, proposal writing, and collaborating with company department heads. In addition to RFPs and general marketing materials, the marketing coordinator will also be tasked with creating and executing marketing collateral and social media projects. This is the ideal career opportunity for individuals looking for exposure to all aspects of B2B corporate marketing. Strong verbal, and written communication are key to delivering quality results while successfully managing various marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow of RFPs, questionnaires, and marketing projects
  • Organize cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategy & responses
  • Establish and manage deadlines throughout the production cycle of the RFP
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and social media posts
  • Create, manage, and maintain multiple social media calendars
  • Assist with the creation of sales presentation materials such as PowerPoints


Skills

  • Expert knowledge with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of databases or knowledge management systems
  • Proficiently in Adobe Creative Suite, or relevant design experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Experience with social media, CRM or marketing automation software required
  • Experience working in a remote, work from home environment


Related Work Experience

  • High proficiency in self-managing project details
  • Ability to comprehend and organize complex materials according to requirements
  • Ability to use judgment to plan, accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
  • Independent research and fact-finding abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and proactively seek guidance as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (English, marketing or business administration is a plus) from a four-year accredited college/university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of business/ relevant working experience
  • Professional writing experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Manage complex projects that may require overtime hours
  • Desire for career growth
