A leading sports culture platform is seeking a smart, creative, and detail-oriented sports enthusiast to join their Integrated Strategy team as a contract Marketing Coordinator. This hybrid role and involves working onsite in NYC 2 - 3 days per week. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for building custom solutions and overseeing campaigns throughout the sales cycle, focusing on pre- and post-sales support, creation of sales materials, and proactive sales content planning. This cross-functional role interfaces with various internal teams to develop and execute innovative solutions that address complex client goals. This position will be hybrid and based out of the New York office.


  • Rate range: $30-38 per hour


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the RFP ideation process, from submission to execution, developing creative solutions in the platform's voice to meet advertiser goals
  • Collaborate closely and regularly meet with Account Executives and Planners to communicate updates on existing and potential partnerships
  • Clearly convey advertiser goals, share insights, and participate in brainstorm meetings with the content team to develop custom programs that address client objectives
  • Build proposals and assist in client presentations
  • Work closely with the Data/Analytics team to gather relevant client and industry insights
  • Participate in post-sales kick-off meetings, ensuring smooth program execution and adherence to strategy
  • Effectively communicate and represent the platform’s voice and strategy both internally and externally
  • Aid in the creation of wrap-up materials to effectively showcase successful campaign performance


Required Qualifications:


  • At least 1-2 years of experience in integrated marketing/strategy
  • Experience in building and executing digital and social sponsorships
  • Creative thinker with the ability to present opportunities visually using Keynote
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
  • College degree required
  • Familiarity with Airtable and Sprout
  • Internship experience in a related field
  • Experience with a digital media company
  • Experience pitching social campaigns
  • Background in the sports industry
