Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your ideas can make a real impact?
We're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our brand's success! In this role, you'll collaborate with passionate colleagues to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Here's What You'll Do
Become a Campaign Mastermind: Partner with our digital and marketing teams to craft winning campaign strategies, set clear objectives, track key metrics, and measure success.
Seamless Execution, Big Results: Oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns perfectly with our brand goals.

Data Detective & Optimizer: Continuously analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to refine future strategies and maximize impact.
Event & Tradeshow Guru: Lead our event and tradeshow strategy, identifying opportunities to showcase our brand and generate leads.
Brand Champion: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Vendor Whisperer: Build and manage relationships with external vendors, keeping an eye on budgets and invoices.

Experience in traditional and digital marketing (agency experience a plus!)
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of juggling multiple projects
Spanish fluency a welcome bonus, but not required
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - graphic design and email marketing experience a big plus!
Willingness to occasionally participate in events, including some weekends.
We offer a collaborative work environment and the chance to continuously learn and grow your expertise. If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for marketing, we want to hear from you!
Please note: This position is located in Houston, TX or can be remote.
Employment Type: Full-Time
