Marketing Coordinator, Events (Hybrid)

Location: Universal City, California

Compensation Range: $20 - 27 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our client's Events & Activations team.

In this role, you will collaborate on building event strategies, brainstorming innovative tactics, and executing projects that enhance our brand's presence and engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, events, and making an impact!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to build out event strategies and brainstorm tactics.
• Support project execution by requesting assets, facilitating creative approvals, and communicating feedback to internal and external partners.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of campaign documents including but not limited to, campaign one-sheets and decks, event recaps, RSVP trackers, budget trackers, and staffing sheets.
• Handle day-to-day operational support including scheduling meetings, circulating agendas, taking meeting notes, and ensuring appropriate follow-through of relevant action items.
• Oversee NDA requests, vendor set-up, SOWs, and vendor invoicing.
• Attend site visits and be onsite for live events and activations (including occasional travel).
• Fulfill merch requests and maintain merch and scenic inventory spreadsheets.
• Research and stay informed on industry news and emerging trends.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Entry Level
• Minimum 1 year of TV/entertainment, marketing, and/or publicity experience.
