Location: 2 Days Tues/Wed onsite, the other days are remote

PR: $28.70/hr on W2

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
Assisting in creation of marketing campaigns across platforms, management of content calendar for sports properties, manage delivery/trafficking and reporting marketing campaigns. Will be working with road maps for our team, work within the constant flux of change as we work in a digital environment

1+ years of experience required, preferably at a media company or in a previous marketing role and experience working with performance marketing tactics
Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency while handling a high volume of campaigns
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in on all types of projects
Comfortable working across various internal project management and trafficking tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Prism
Communicates professionally, clearly and effectively across all functions and levels of the organization
Excellent sports knowledge (professional & collegiate sports as well as international soccer)
Bachelor’s degree required, in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field acceptable
Must be comfortable with potential weekend work
Positive attitude and willingness to get the job done during high volume environment.
Willing to learn and able to work within ambiguity
Description:
Looking for a Coordinator to help support cross-platform marketing initiatives for CBS Sports Digital. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects. The job will work closely with many internal partners from CBS Sports HQ, CBS Sports broadcast, design, research, product, business development to grow and engage audiences.
The Marketing Coordinator must be a natural self-starter who is confident, eager to learn and to take on different types of tasks daily. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the creation and execution of DTC marketing campaigns that increase cross-platform tune-in and brand awareness for CBS Sports events and properties – NFL, UEFA Champions League, Serie A, SEC on CBS, March Madness, the Masters, PGA Championship, PGA Tour, National Women's Soccer League, WNBA , CBS Sports HQ, the 24/7 free streaming news network and CBS Sports Golazo Network, our FAST channel dedicated to soccer.
Support the development of creative briefs and manage revisions, delivery to all third parties, trafficking, tracking, reporting and recaps on all campaigns. This involves engaging with the design process from start to finish, including copywriting, layout and delivery of asset.
Assist in management of the content calendar and project backlog for all CBS Sports properties (SVOD, AVOD, linear) throughout the year.
Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders regarding sports schedule updates or changes. Monitor social media and news for relevant news affecting upcoming or current marketing campaigns.
Manage the organization of IOs, invoices, third party assets, style guides, paid and organic campaign reporting and other team files in tools like Confluence, Tableau, Trello and Adobe Omniture.
Assist team members in coordination and communication with partners from outside of the company including OTT distribution partners.
