With a quickly growing reputation in the US, Canada & Caribbean, Ulysse Nardin Americas is looking for a motivated & multi-faceted Marketing Coordinator with a passion for luxury of all kinds be it fashion, timepieces, cars etc.
The successful candidate is execution oriented & driven by their own insatiable thirst for excellence across PR, retail, events, social media & digital.
This role reports into the Director of Marketing & Communications and is a hybrid position requiring in-office work in Boca Raton, FL, remote work & travel to events in the US & in Canada.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
General
Coordinate the execution of marketing activities in the US, Canada & Caribbean
Travel to key retailers to execute events, refresh visual merchandising & build rapport
Contribute to marketing brainstorms, build presentations
Conduct visual & competitive research summarizing findings
Manage vendors
Track & reconcile all marketing expenses, invoices, and office-related documents
Digital & Social
Optimize the Ulysse Nardin digital brand presence across 30+ retail partner websites
Motivate retail partners to support Ulysse Nardin on their social platforms leveraging provided assets & tools
Coordinate content production for local shoots / events
Retail
Support all retail, training & marketing projects aimed at boosting sales at POS level
Support shop-in-shop and corner millwork fabrication & installation
Elevate and coordinate the visual merchandising across 40+ retailers
Coordinate pop-ups based on provided design
Manage the day-to-day warehouse and stock level of display materials, gifts, and furniture
Events
Build event overview presentations
Keep retail stakeholders up to date
Coordinate event logistics: run of shows, shipping, insurance, invitations, gifting, CRM etc.
Media & Partnerships
Manage the delivery of press releases & related content
Execute press / influencer events with the support of local PR agency
Support in building relationships with the community of media & influencers
Coordinate product for shoots & product placement opportunities
Coordinate partnership asset execution as available (content, experiences, PR opportunities)
Key Skills:
5+ years experience working in luxury marketing in an execution-based role
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Very comfortable working across major digital/social platforms & MS Office suite
Highly organized & proactive; pushes for efficiency
Can work independently
Other Details:
Permanent, full-time
Based in Florida in the Boca Raton office, work-from-home is allowed under certain guidelines
