We are currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to add to our team!

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves collaborating with various departments to coordinate marketing activities, managing projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Marketing Coordinator also assists in the development of marketing materials and contributes to the overall success of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities | Accountability

Campaign Coordination

• Actively participates in the execution of the master content calendar across the marketing team.
• Helps facilitate the feedback loop between sales/product/other departments and the marketing team around the status of marketing requests and the execution of business unit marketing strategy plans.
  
  

Social Media Management

• Assists with the scheduling of social media and blog posts and other content production-related activities.
  
  

Event Support

• Assists Lead Marketing manager and other team members with event planning, logistics, management, and success metric tracking.
• Supports other stakeholders in the execution of individual projects (photo shoots, video productions, product launches, trade shows and events, etc.) as requested on an ongoing basis by other members of the team.
  
  

Administrative Tasks

• Supports the team in scheduling, tracking, and reporting on progress of key initiatives, action items, and other projects.
• Supports marketing team needs around the ordering and shipment of materials, marketing collateral, swag/branded merchandise, and co-marketing items as needed.
• Assumes a supporting role on a variety of activities across the marketing organization as requested from time-to-time.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership of the role and responsibilities.
• This position is entrepreneurial in nature and may require changes with or without prior notice.
• This is a full-time position based in Charlotte, NC. Sacramento, CA based considered for internal candidates only.
• The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Director or VP of Sales & Marketing based in Charlotte, NC or designated representative
• Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
