POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks for several different teams within the company, including Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing. This is a part-time role, with the expectation being up to 20 hours per week, depending on the project.


Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Sales to update marketing collateral, one-sheeters, pitch decks, etc.
  • Assist in executing marketing events, such as conferences, trade shows, and meetings
  • Other sales support activities, such as ordering business cards
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence
  • Make minor updates to the website
  • Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events
  • Other Marketing tasks as assigned


CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing support role
  • Hands on experience managing social accounts
  • At least basic knowledge of and experience utilizing Wordpress
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
