POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks for several different teams within the company, including Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing. This is a part-time role, with the expectation being up to 20 hours per week, depending on the project.
Responsibilities include:
Work with Sales to update marketing collateral, one-sheeters, pitch decks, etc.
Assist in executing marketing events, such as conferences, trade shows, and meetings
Other sales support activities, such as ordering business cards
Manage social media accounts and online presence
Make minor updates to the website
Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events
Other Marketing tasks as assigned
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
2+ years of experience in a Marketing support role
Hands on experience managing social accounts
At least basic knowledge of and experience utilizing Wordpress
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
