Manage the production of a weekly e-publication, aggregating recent scientific articles, in collaboration with physician editors and assistant editors.
Ensure the proofreading, editing, quality assurance, and optimization of newsletters and emails to align with brand standards.
Utilize email marketing software to prepare and distribute emails, and update email distribution lists that range from 1,000 to 100,000 subscribers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; majors in communications, journalism, marketing, life sciences, political science, history, or other liberal arts are advantageous.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiarity with email marketing software such as Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to meet deadlines.
