The Position

Electrosonic is seeking a remote Marketing Coordinator to join our world-class marketing team. This role requires an individual with a background in marketing, communications and/or business with a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a high degree of brand standards. This person will play a crucial role in the marketing team, assisting with marketing planning, tactics and reporting. As a Marketing Coordinator at Electrosonic, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content for various owned and earned media platforms including management of social media channels, press releases, branded content and email. You will assist with the production and distribution of marketing materials, manage social media accounts and help in organizing events and trade shows. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, help manage the company's website, and implement strategies to grow and strengthen the Electrosonic brand. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills while supporting a dynamic marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, public relations events and more.
  • Create and curate content for various platforms, such as blogs, social media posts, emails and other marketing collateral, ensuring they are accurate, aligned with branding guidelines while leveraging best-practice SEO strategies.
  • Support the management of social media accounts, engaging with the audience, responding to comments and scheduling posts.
  • Assist in the marketing communications for events, trade shows and other brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including tracking key metrics and providing insights for continual campaign improvement.
  • Assist in managing the company's website content, ensuring accuracy, relevancy and user-friendliness of the site.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in sales, engineering and other departments to support company wide initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing marketing plans, maintaining documentation and completing ad hoc requests as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating content library of photography, videography and project and employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in marketing roles, with exposure to various marketing functions.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with marketing software/tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, social media trends and digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while exhibiting a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • A creative mindset with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas and learn new skills.

A Strong Preference For Candidates With Experience In

  • HubSpot (HubSpot certifications are a plus) or other Marketing Automation tools.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS) such as HubSpot or Wordpress.
  • Google Analytics, Google My Business and Google Advertising

Salary based on experience: $45k to $50K annually
